Anna-Maria Tamminen and Matti Tyynysniemi Speaking at Alma Talent’s Contractual Disputes Seminar

Partner Anna-Maria Tamminen and Managing Associate Matti Tyynysniemi from our Dispute Resolution Practice will be speaking at Alma Talent's seminar on contractual disputes (Sopimusriitapäivä) on 12 April 2024. The training seminar is organised in cooperation with the Association of Finnish Lawyers.

During her speaking slot, Anna-Maria will be giving an update on topical issues in dispute financing.

Matti's part will cover consulting agreement disputes, including the general conditions for consulting KSE 2013, and typical attributes of consulting-related disputes.
