Counsel Caroline Sundberg and Associate Sara Heikfolk will be speaking at Institutet för Informationsteknologi’s webinar “GDPR – tillsyn, audit, aktuella rättsfall och praxis” on 31 August 2020.

Caroline and Sara will be discussing several recently reviewed regulatory cases from around Europe, including the European Court of Justice’s recent decision to invalidate the EU – US Privacy Shield (Schrems II). They will also discuss the data protection authorities’ ongoing supervision, the processing of personal data in relation to COVID-19, and the best practices for the ongoing GDPR compliance.
