Legal Trends by Hannes Video Series — A Deep Dive into Transfer Pricing

Hannes Snellman is launching a new video series called Legal Trends by Hannes. The first season will be hosted by our experienced transfer pricing specialist Anton Falkenberg.

Each episode of the first season will focus on a different aspect of transfer pricing, including valuation, tax audit, transfer pricing methods, documentation, and transfer pricing as a profession. The video series will be available on YouTube and on Hannes Snellman’s website (in Finnish). You can watch the first episode below.

Anton Falkenberg specialises in transfer pricing. He has extensive experience across several industries, including restructurings, transfer pricing model planning & implementation, tax function outsourcing, and defending the arm’s length nature of individual intra-group transactions. In addition, Anton has been involved in some of the largest Finnish MAP, cross-border dialogue, and advance pricing agreement processes with tax authorities of such major trade partners of Finland as the U.S., Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, and Sweden.
