Hannes Snellman Advised NP3 Fastigheter AB on Its SEK 632 Million Private Placement

Hannes Snellman advised real estate company NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (Large Cap), on its directed issue and private placement of 2,750,000 ordinary shares to Swedish and international professional and institutional investors. The private placement was carried out through an accelerated book-building process, raising proceeds of SEK 632 million before transaction costs, and was heavily oversubscribed. ABG Sundal Collier AB, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners in the private placement.
