Hannes Snellman Counsel to ALFA Development in Its First Acquisition in the Stockholm Region

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to ALFA Development (“ALFA”) in its indirect acquisition of two properties, with a total size of approximately 23,000 square meters, located at a marina in the Stockholm region (the “Properties”). Following a number of successful property development projects in the Malmö region, ALFA has now completed its first acquisition in the Stockholm region. ALFA will develop the Properties for housing purposes in accordance with a new zoning plan.

ALFA is a solid and well-established property developer known for the development of a number of large projects in Copenhagen. ALFA expanded its operations to Sweden in 2017. This acquisition will be ALFA’s fifth development project in Sweden in only a few years.
