Hannes Snellman Counsel to Logent Group in Its SEK 850 Million Senior Secured Notes

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to the Logent group and Stirling Square Capital Partners (Advisers) LLP in connection with the issuance of SEK 850 million senior secured notes with the possibility of subsequent issuance of additional notes up to a total of SEK 1,3 billion. The issuing entity will apply for listing of the notes on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list.
