Hannes Snellman Counsel to Moneta Communications in Its Acquisition of UK and Australian Online Sport Betting Brands from Catena Media

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Moneta Communications Ltd, a leading UK-based sports betting affiliate, in its EUR 6.0 million acquisition of UK and Australian online sports betting brands from Catena Media.  

The transaction covers the sale of all assets in Catena Media’s UK business, which includes sports betting brands Squawka and GG.co.uk, and all shares in the group’s wholly-owned Australian subsidiary.
