Hannes Snellman Counsel to SEB Private Equity in Its Partnership with Eatery

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to SEB Private Equity in its investment in and partnership with Eatery. Eatery is a Swedish fast-growing concept chain with conferences, restaurants, cafés, evening restaurants, and food delivery to the public sector. Eatery has eight restaurants and conference facilities and ten production kitchens. SEB Private Equity is part of SEB, which focuses on developing companies such as Eatery through close collaboration with entrepreneurs and management teams.
