Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Sega Europe Limited and SEGA Corporation, subsidiaries of Sega Sammy Holdings Inc., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, in the recommended public cash tender offer for all shares and options in Rovio Entertainment Corporation, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. The total value of the offer amounts in aggregate to approximately EUR 706 million.
