Hannes Snellman Counsel to the Offeror Consortium in the Recommended Public Cash Tender Offer for All Shares in Caverion

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to the offeror consortium consisting of Security Trading, Fennogens Investments, Corbis, and Bain Capital in the recommended public cash tender offer for all shares in Caverion Oyj, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. The offer values Caverion’s total equity at approximately EUR 955 million. The offer is expected to close early 2023 and it remains subject to customary conditions including approvals by necessary competition and regulatory authorities. Hannes Snellman has advised consortium members in negotiating and preparing the offer.
