Hannes Snellman Counsel to the Power Group in Establishing Its Partnership with MediaMarktSaturn

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to the Northern European electronics retailer Power International AS and its subsidiary Power Retail Sweden AB (the “Power Group”), in its acquisition of MediaMarkt Sweden, Europe's leading retailer of home electronics, and thereby in the establishment of the new partnership between the Power Group and MediaMarkt.
