Eerika advises domestic and international clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, and other corporate arrangements. In addition, she offers general corporate, commercial, and contract law advice. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Eerika worked as a senior corporate counsel at Sanoma, a listed Finnish learning and media company. Before that, Eerika worked in the M&A practice of a global law firm in Helsinki.
