Nathalie Miskin

Nathalie works in the Competition, Procurement & Regulatory Team. She has extensive experience in public procurement and advises contracting authorities/entities and companies on all procurement law matters and acts as counsel in review procedures. Her experience covers a wide range of areas and industry sectors, for example, transportation/infrastructure, construction, and healthcare. Nathalie also advises clients on regulatory matters, including investigations and related court proceedings before administrative courts. In addition, she has substantial experience in advising clients in commercial disputes before general courts and in various industries.
