Experienced M&A Lawyer Eerika Halme Lampio Joins Hannes Snellman as Counsel

Eerika Halme Lampio, an experienced private M&A lawyer, has joined Hannes Snellman as counsel. Eerika has a decade of experience in M&A transactions both from a global law firm and as an in-house counsel.

Eerika Halme Lampio’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments (both PE and VC), often involving many jurisdictions and business areas, as well as corporate law advise for both listed and private companies. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, she gained experience as a senior corporate counsel at Sanoma, a listed Finnish learning and media company. Before that, Eerika worked in the M&A practice of a global law firm in Helsinki for eight years.
