Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Uponor Corporation, a Finnish water delivery, heating and cooling systems producer, in the recommended public cash tender offer by Georg Fischer Ltd, a Swiss manufacturing corporation, to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Uponor Corporation. The offer price is EUR 28.85 per share, which values Uponor at EUR 2.1 billion.
